How Etzava works
Most AI tools answer a career question with a single voice. You get one perspective — put simply, you get an answer. Etzava convenes a team of advisors, each with a distinct perspective on your specific question. You hear where they agree and where they disagree, and the issues your decision actually hinges on — supported by real data about real occupations. Etzava helps you actually understand the jobs and careers you're considering, and how your interests, abilities, and background connect to them. Why? So you're ready to make the best decision you can, the decision that's right for you.
What Etzava Career is
Etzava Career helps you make the career decisions that are right for you by helping you identify and think through the relevant issues and supporting you with the data and insights you need. You bring whatever is on your mind — choosing a field, changing one, weighing a school or a move — and Etzava works it through with you in a logical, structured, step-by-step process whose destination is clarity. What you get back is the real spread of views you'd want in the room, grounded in real figures, not one consolidated answer.
Why “Etzava”?
The name leans on the Hebrew etzah (עֵצָה) — counsel: not a verdict handed down, but the considered advice of someone who has thought alongside you. Proverbs returns to the word again and again — “in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” That is the whole idea here: many distinct counselors around your hard decision, and the deciding left to you.
How it works
School, working, somewhere in between — say as much or as little as you want, in plain words. Add your résumé if you like and the basics fill themselves in; its text joins the conversation, and you can take it out at any time.
A short, structured conversation — one step at a time — turns what's on your mind into the precise question your advisors will examine. You can always change it later.
Etzava convenes the advisors suited to your question — drawn from nine distinct perspectives, The Mentor to The CFO — and the rest stay a tap away.
Each speaks for itself. You see where they agree, where they split, and what drives each disagreement — never one blended answer.
What real occupations actually pay and what the education paths into them actually cost, drawn from public data and placed beside the conversation.
Keep going as long as you need — push back, add context, ask any advisor individually. With the perspectives clear and the numbers in view, the choice stays yours.
A written record of the deliberation: where your advisors converged, where they split, the hinge your decision turns on, and the numbered questions only you can answer.
What you get back
A decision record from your advisors: where they converged, where they split — each disagreement traced to what drives it — the hinge your decision turns on, and the questions only your answers can resolve. Alongside it, data cards with the real figures your choice touches. Name a school in the United States and a card shows what the U.S. Department of Education publishes on its programs in your field: degrees and certificates awarded, graduates' median earnings and debt where the Department reports them, the school's completion rate and its average net price. Everything you've shared lives in your career file, where you can see it, change it, or take it out. And your information stays private and secure: your career file is stored on your own device, not on our servers; a résumé you add works like anything you type — its text joins the conversation while it stays in your file; and what you share is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI.
The Etzava promise
Etzava helps you decide — it will not decide for you. It does not grade you or push a verdict. Disagreements and concerns stay visible, so the choice stays yours.
